Tim is a former management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He served as our lead cider maker since 2015 and now focuses on managing the orchard at Bent Apple Farm, while providing advice and assistance to the cider making team.

Jamie is our first and longest-standing employee. She has a background managing restaurants and events and is loved by us, our customers and their pets.

Catelyn’s education is in Human Services, and she has worked in 4-H and Ashe Cooperative Extension. Catie enjoys creating fabric art in her free time. She also loves spending time with her dog, Gracie.

Emma has a culinary background in baking and pastry. Prior to joining the team, she worked as an archaeologist in cultural resources management. Her hobbies include fly fishing and farming.
